A helicopter pilot in the Army, 20 years with Mercedes Benz, and then Stratus for the last 16 years. I’ve always been drawn to structure, performance, and consistency. Becoming the first Master Franchisee within Stratus to achieve $1 million in monthly recurring cleaning revenue was a major milestone for me and my team. It was a proud moment that validated our hard work, consistency, and belief in the model.

Owning my Stratus business has completely changed my perspective. I’ve loved the independence of working for myself, and it’s given me a deeper sense of security about my future. I’ve learned to think like a business owner and leader every single day.

What’s one lesson you’ve learned on this journey that you wish you knew earlier?

That I should have done it earlier in my career. The timing is never perfect, but if you believe in the opportunity and are willing to put in the work, it’s absolutely worth it.

Good people who are team players. I look for individuals with integrity, drive, and a willingness to follow the system. When people bring the right attitude and work ethic, success follows naturally.

I have several mentors who are successful entrepreneurs. They’ve offered advice, encouragement, and perspective over the years, especially during the tough times. Their support and belief in me have been a big part of my success.
